· By email, not on the phone.

· Credit card number requested as guarantee of the reservation.

· Up to 7 days before check-in date: cancellation without charges.

· From 6 days before check-in date: the cost of 1 night for each room reserved will be charged.

· No show: the cost of the whole stay will be charged.
